Logistics-industry competitors Fortna Systems Inc. and Plus One Robotics Inc. told a Texas federal judge they’re resolving their patent infringement dispute concerning a conveyor system using robotic arms.
The companies jointly requested a 10-day stay while they prepare documents to end the proceeding in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. A stay would help the court avoid spending judicial resources on pending claim construction issues, Fortna and Plus One said in the Nov. 21 motion.
Fortna sued Plus One in November 2024, alleging infringement of US Patent Nos. 11,753,256 and 12,059,803.
