Former ‘Howard Stern’ Regular Sues Sirius XM Over Show Reruns

Comedian “Stuttering John” Melendez, who came to fame on “The Howard Stern Show,” sued Sirius XM Radio Inc. in Manhattan federal court Wednesday for allegedly violating his publicity rights by airing reruns of his episodes and using his identity to advertise them.

Melendez was known on “The Howard Stern Show” for his irreverent interviews with celebrities at public events.
