Former DraftKings VP Can’t Tweak Order Limiting Role at Fanatics

A federal judge shot down a former DraftKings Inc. senior executive’s request to loosen a restraining order he says has all but tied his hands at his new job with Fanatics Inc., a fantasy sports platform that directly competes with his old employer.

Judge Julia E. Kobick said Wednesday that she meant what she said in her Feb. 8 order and sees no reason to clarify her decision or change her mind, according to a note posted to the case docket in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
