Fluor Should Be Denied Statements to Feds, Whistleblowers Say

Four whistleblowers told a federal court that it should reject Fluor Corp. Inc.'s request for disclosure statements they made to the US government in a False Claims Act suit, which alleges fraud under a military support contract worth over $10 billion.

Fluor has no “substantial need” for these documents, despite its argument that the statements could show that the whistleblowers’ complaint relied on privileged information that was stolen by two former employees, the whistleblowers told the US District Court for the District of South Carolina in a May 25 filing.
