Energy Recovery Inc. filed patent infringement allegations against industrial machinery provider
The Flex device receives and rejects feedwater to help with a desalination system, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Energy Recovery said the allegedly infringing device uses similar systems as US Patent No. 9,695,795.
