Flex’s Nextracker, Eyeing IPO, Sues Solar Rival Over New Patents

Flex’s Nextracker unit, which in April said it was looking to go public, accused closely held Nevados’s All Terrain Tracker system of infringing two patents issued this year for technology that improves power production and stability of solar panels on rugged terrain.
