Fleetwood Mac Book Authors, Broadway Producers End Copyright Row

The authors of a book detailing the making of Fleetwood Mac’s iconic album “Rumours” settled their lawsuit accusing the producers of the Tony-winning Broadway show “Sterophonic” of copyright infringement.

Judge Colleen McMahon granted the parties’ request to adjourn an upcoming conference in light of the pact and invited them to memorialize the agreement later this month in her courtroom in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Plaintiffs Kenneth Caillat and Steen Stiefel joined the defendants in a letter to McMahon Dec. 3 to inform her of the resolution. An initial pretrial conference had been scheduled ...
