Figma Inc. and Motiff Pte. Ltd. are close to settling Figma’s lawsuit accusing the software company of illegally copying its code for tools to design digital products.
The parties expect to finalize settlement in two weeks and asked the US District Court for the Northern District of California to vacate a trial scheduled for August, according to a proposed stipulation filed July 12.
