Fiat Chrysler’s False Ad Claims Over Mahindra TV Spot Survive

FCA US LLC’s claims that ads for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.'s Roxor off-road vehicle misrepresent a connection to FCA’s Jeep brand and the U.S. military survived Mahindra’s attempt to dismiss them from Detroit federal court on Monday.

The claims are part of a broader trademark dispute between the companies. The International Trade Commission banned imports of the Roxor last year after finding it copied the Jeep Wrangler’s design.
