FedEx Sues Startup for Patent Royalties on Shipment Monitoring

FedEx said a range of products sold by closely held startup Roambee infringe six of its patents on technology that provides detailed, real-time monitoring of shipments.

  • FedEx is seeking cash compensation in an amount to be determined at trial and a court order blocking further unauthorized use of its inventions, according to complaint filed Tuesday in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware
