The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will reopen to the public on Monday, more than two years after shutting its doors due to the pandemic.
All visitors will be required to wear masks through all of the court’s buildings regardless of vaccination status, according to an administrative order from Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore released Friday. The clerk’s office will continue streaming oral arguments online, according to the order, and the October sitting will be open to the public.
