Fed. Cir. Hearing More Cases But Not Back to Pre-Pandemic Levels

The number of oral arguments the nation’s top patent court hears has been steadily increasing since a low in August but is still not up to pre-pandemic numbers.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is scheduled to hear 40 cases by phone during its oral argument session that starts Dec. 7. It canceled argument in 17 cases on the calendar that week.
