The sculptor and asset management company who partnered to create the popular “Fearless Girl” bronze sculpture in New York City were both granted summary judgment in part on Friday in their lawsuits against one another over rights to the art piece.
State Street Global Advisors Trust Company commissioned sculptor Kristen Visbal to create the statue in promotion of its exchange-traded fund, called the “SHE Fund,” which is comprised of US companies with high levels of gender diversity in their senior management.
