FantasyPros Accuses Competitor of Ripping Off Website Features

The operator of the fantasy sports website FantasyPros accused a competitor of engaging in the “wholesale rip off” of popular features including its draft simulator.

Fantasy Life lured employees away from Marzen Media LLC, the FantasyPros website operator, to learn about popular features making money for the company, according to the complaint against FL Newsletter LLC filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Nevada. Sports writer and Fantasy Life founder Matthew Berry also slandered Marzen Media with “baseless accusations” that it engaged in unethical business practices, the company said in its complaint.
