An electric fan company says a trucker marketing outfit ripped off its donkey logo and “Big Ass” name to push various products online.
Delta T LLC, which makes Big Ass Fans, alleged in its April 5 lawsuit that Big Ass Diesel Truck & Auto Extras LLC infringed its registered trademarks to sell hats, shirts, and other products. Big Ass Diesel also levied the marks to promote events and services, Delta T said in its complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
