Facebook Inc. adopted a logo for the digital wallet for its new Libra cryptocurrency that is “virtually identical” to that of a mobile financial services company, the company alleged in a trademark infringement lawsuit.
Finco Services Inc., operating as Current, accused Facebook and two subsidiaries of using a wavy line inside a circle that infringed its logo, in an Oct. 10 complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
