Facebook Keeps Win in Patent Suit Targeting Timeline, News Feed

Meta Platforms Inc.‘s Facebook doesn’t infringe a trio of data-storage and presentation patents belonging to a Network-1 Technologies Inc. unit, the Federal Circuit said Monday.

The three-judge panel backed a district court judge’s interpretation of a key patent term and decision to exclude “unathenticated, undated screenshots” that Mirror Worlds said were wrongly kept out.
