Ex-MrBeast Employee Can’t Escape Trade Secret Allegations

A former employee of YouTube star MrBeastYouTube LLC failed to convince a North Carolina federal judge to dismiss the company’s trade secret lawsuit accusing him of uploading confidential records to his personal accounts.

MrBeast “plausibly” alleged its claims against ex-IT consultant and development team member Leroy Nabors, according to Judge James C. Denver III’s three-sentence order filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
