A Texas judge closed Google LLC’s case against a former employee after granting a permanent injunction forcing him to delete and stop releasing the company’s confidential information.

Judge Robert Pitman of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas entered a final judgment Monday after approving a joint stipulation in December forcing Harshit Roy to stop using and publishing the tech giant’s trade secrets.
