Everytown Settles Trademark Dispute With 3-D Gun Distributors

Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund Inc. settled its trademark dispute with 3-D gun distributors that provided downloadable parts emblazoned with Everytown’s protected marks to their users.

The defendants included Defcad Inc., which describes itself as the “World’s Largest 3-D Gun Repository.” Not only did the defendants offer programs that printed guns with Everytown’s flag-design mark, but they also posted pictures of the products online.
