Equestrian Custom-Fashion Designer Launches Copyright Lawsuit

Amber Daniel, doing business as Blond Apparel, sued All That Show Clothing LLC and Tammy Schuster, accusing them of stealing her fashion designs for equestrian riders.

The complaint, filed May 30 in the US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, alleges the defendants willfully copied, distributed, and displayed Daniel’s original artistic designs and products, and manufactured and sold unauthorized reproductions. Daniel’s products include “custom designed shirts, custom-fit riding boots, personalized saddle pads, and bespoke riding jackets,” she said in the complaint.
