Equestrian Brands Settle Copyright Suit Over Clothing Designs

Equestrian attire company All That Show Clothing settled competitor Blond Apparel’s copyright lawsuit accusing the brand of knocking off its ornate designs featured on custom shirts.

The designers reached an agreement in principle and need additional time to seal the deal, according to a joint motion to pause the case filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
