A Dubai bank did not steal mobile banking trade secrets from a California tech company, a jury decided Aug. 11 (InfoSpan Inc. vs. Emirates NBD Bank PJSCjury verdict).

InfoSpan Inc. had accused Emirates NBD Bank PJSC not only of stealing the California company’s proprietary software and hardware but also of colluding with police to have one InfoSpan executive arrested in Dubai and threatening another that if he traveled to the Emirati metropolis again he would “never leave alive.”
