An elections technology company accused two former employees of infringing its copyrights by pillaging the source code for a software they helped develop.
Kyle Dubbert and Tyler Johnson copied Elections Systems & Software LLC’s source code for a tool called “ExpressPoll Update Hub” without permission and sold it to third parties including existing Election System’s customers, according to the complaintfiled June 14 in the US District Court for the District of Nebraska.
