Edible Arrangements LLC sued 1-800-Flowers.com Inc. in Atlanta federal court for allegedly infringing trademarks related to its “famous cut fruit products designed to look like flowers.”
1-800-Flowers allegedly gamed Google’s Adwords system to make its fruit arrangement ads appear in search results for “Edible Arrangements” and related terms, according to the complaint entered Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
