American Policy Roundtable, an election-related organization in Ohio that operates ivoters.com, has reached a settlement in principle with fellow advocacy group Heritage Alliance to resolve trademark claims relating to their competing voter guides, court documents show.
APR launched ivoters.com in 2003, and Heritage, a political action committee, launched ivoterguide.com in 2007. Hertiage filed a lawsuit in 2018 after getting a cease-and-desist letter from APR.
