Duane Morris Recruits Gamblin to London Corporate Practice Group

Simon Gamblin joined Duane Morris as a partner in the corporate practice group in London, the firm said Tuesday.

Gamblin brings international and domestic corporate finance experience to the role. He advises on complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, financings, private equity and general corporate transactions, as well as corporate governance issues.

Gamblin’s practice spans many industries, including education, life sciences and healthcare, technology, media and renewables, the firm said.
