Apparel brand JR World LLC accused one of rapper Drake’s production companies of infringing its trademarks by selling t-shirts with the “iconic” “Members Only” mark at the artist’s It’s All A Blur Tour.
JR World notified Away From Home Touring Inc. in April that even though Drake has a song titled “Members Only,” that “does not obviate the likelihood of confusion” between the marks, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
