Hollywood Drag Queen Vicky Vox is suing Netflix Inc. and others over the use of her name, image, and likeness in the animated series “Q-Force.”
In a lawsuit over false endorsement and right to publicity filed Friday in the Central District of California, Vox, also known as Lance Hara, claimed that since June 2021, Netflix has been featuring without her consent a cartoon representation of the drag queen in both the show and its advertising.
