Dow Jones’ IP Infringed by Professor’s Newsletter, Judge Says

Dow Jones & Company Inc. convinced a federal judge that a professor infringed its copyright when he emailed articles from The Wall Street Journal and Barron to his subscribers as part of a daily newsletter.
