Dometic Can Sell Yacht Stabilizer, Judge Rules in Seakeeper Case

Dometic Corp. can keep selling its yacht-roll-control device while Seakeeper Inc.'s infringement lawsuit plays out, a federal judge ruled, citing doubts about one patent and finding no clear harm.

Judge John Campbell Barker denied Seakeeper’s requests for a preliminary injunction and a temporary restraining order, according to an opinion issued Monday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
