Dollywood Sued for Using ‘Charlie Brown Christmas’ Song

The makers of “A Charlie Brown Christmas” sued Dollywood for using the song “Christmas Time is Here” in a park show without a proper license.

Dolly Parton’s Tennessee theme park never got the “dramatic rights” to use the song in the live show, according to the Oct. 8 complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
