DJ Khaled Adds Trademark Claims for Company’s Use of Son’s Name

DJ Khaled can add new claims against a company that allegedly uses trademarks related to him and his infant son to attract web traffic, the Southern District of New York said April 29.

Khaled and ATK Entertainment Inc. successfully added claims based on Business Moves Consulting Inc.'s trademark registration containing Khaled’s son’s name and new alleged uses of Khaled’s trademarks on social media.
