Diva International Inc.'s reusable menstrual underwear infringes three Knix Wear Inc. patents for absorbent garments, according to a new federal lawsuit.
Diva began selling the infringing products after Knix declined to provide underwear for it to rebrand and sell as its own, Knix said in a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Oregon.
