DistributionNOW Accuses Five More Workers of Trade Secret Theft

DistributionNOW accused five more of its employees of allegedly taking confidential information and trade secrets to boost competitor Permian Pump & Valve, according to an amended petition filed in Texas state court.

The company recently sued four former employees in the 434th District Court in Fort Bend County, including a former executive of its Odessa Pumps division, Toby Eoff.

In a June 24 filing, the company also accused former Account Representatives Kale Garretson, Michael Kaspar, Bruce Steubing, and Ryan Wheeler and former Branch Manager Brian Madison of taking proprietary information before they quit their roles in DNOW
