Dish Network LLC sued a U.K.-based internet content delivery company on Friday alleging it assists in the infringement of “over a million hours of DISH’s copyrighted television programming” through pirated online streaming.
Datacamp Limited operates a global content delivery network, which is a geographically distributed group of servers that allows faster delivery of content to internet users. Dish alleges the network helps distribute its copyrighted channels to pirate streaming platforms such as Banjo TV, Bollywood IPTV, and others.
