CS Disco Inc. must defend against a proposed class action lawsuit over its former chief executive officer’s statements about the legal technology company’s revenue prospects, a federal judge ruled.
Lead plaintiff Bert W. Pluyman sufficiently alleged that former CEO Kiwi Camara’s descriptions in two venues “were either false or misled investors,” Judge David Alan Ezra said in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
