Digital Marketing Firm Says It Didn’t Copy Tracking Software

A digital marketing firm is seeking declaratory judgment that it didn’t infringe a tech company’s copyrights in a “web-based, on-line, hosted software” by reverse engineering the work, according to a federal lawsuit.

L2T Media LLC received a cease-and-desist letter earlier this month accusing it of copying Rocket Media LLC’s Ignite platform, according to a complaint filed Aug. 17 in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
