Overtime Sports Inc., a youth-focused online sports network with a related clothing brand, sued
The complaint says Overtime began in 2016 as a sports network on social media platforms that focuses on “young, digital-native sports fans.” Over the past two years, the company said it has also sold a popular casual clothing line under the “Overtime” mark, which has been worn by sports stars including Odell Beckham Jr., Kevin Durant, and Dwyane Wade.
