Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Inc. is engaged in an infringing use of the “Wing Boss” trademark, a competing chicken restaurant alleges in federal court.
The Wing Boss LLC brought its complaint in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, accusing the barbecue chain of violating the Lanham Act through its unauthorized use of the mark to sell wings.
