Denso Workers Seek New Look at 401(k) Plan’s Administrative Fees

Denso International America Inc. employees challenging their retirement plan fees asked a federal judge to rethink part of his July decision dismissing their case against the automotive component manufacturer.

The workers petitioned Judge Mark A. Goldsmith of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to allow them to proceed with a challenge to the Denso plan’s annual recordkeeping fees, which they say were excessive at about $71 per person.
