Deloitte Sued Over Claims It Stole Covid Vaccine-Rollout Secrets

Multi-State Partnership for Prevention LLC accused Deloitte Consulting LLP of conspiring with a federal health agency to steal trade secrets concerning software used to manage the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccines.

Deloitte gained at least $80 million while masquerading as a “consultant” in its alleged scheme with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. MSPP said Deloitte also violated racketeering and corrupt organization laws, interfered with business relationships, and committed unfair competition, fraud, and unjust enrichment.
