Deloitte Demands Vaccine Software Trade Secret Dispute Dismissal

Deloitte Consulting LLP asked a New York federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit alleging the consulting giant stole trade secrets related to COVID-19 vaccine management software, saying the plaintiffs have repeatedly failed to provide sufficient evidence after multiple attempts.

Multi-State Partnership for Prevention LLC “brazenly” made contradictions in its allegations, including over whether the software company took reasonable steps to protect its confidential information, according to a memorandum filed along with Deloitte’s motion to dismiss submitted Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
