Deloitte Criminal Trade Secrets Case Revived Against Ex-Workers

Criminal claims that former Deloitte LLP employees stole trade secrets shouldn’t have been dropped based on loss of evidence and witnesses during a six-year investigation, the Fourth Circuit said.

A lower court erroneously found the length of the US government’s investigation into David Minkkinen and Sivaraman Sambasivam constituted a due process violation, the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit said Thursday.
