AI software-library company Anaconda Inc. accused
Dell used “dilatory tactics,” and “repeatedly lied about the extent of its access and use” by thousands of employees, Anaconda told the US District Court for the Western District of Texas Thursday. Educational institutions, individuals, and small companies can use Anaconda’s software, but Dell refused to enter good faith negotiations for a license required for major enterprises, the complaint said.
