Danaher Units Drop JSR Suit Over Antibody-Purification Patents

Danaher Corp.’s Cytiva units dropped a lawsuit that alleged JSR Corp.’s Amsphere A3 product infringes three patents for technology used to purify antibodies for medical treatments.

Cytiva Bioprocess R&D AB and Cytiva Sweden AB agreed to dismiss all asserted claims and closed the door on renewing the allegations, according to a stipulation and order Judge Richard G. Andrews issued Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
