Dallas-based AmeriSouth Realty founder Ruel Hamilton has been found not guilty of federal programs bribery charges following a six-day jury trial in the Northern District of Texas.
The jury heard closing arguments on Tuesday and returned its verdict Thursday. He’d been charged with one count of conspiracy and two counts of bribery concerning a local government receiving federal benefits.
