A dietary supplement company allegedly infringes CrossFit Inc.'s trademarks by using the CrossFit name in advertising without the fitness company’s permission.
Progenex has continued to use the CrossFit name even after the parties terminated a sponsorship agreement, CrossFit said in a May 10 complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
