Crocs Inc. failed to shake an appeal of a patent office decision reviving its design patent on foam-molded clogs by challenging its opposing party’s standing.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a precedential order allowed U.S.A. Dawgs Inc. to substitute in its successor-in-interest Mojave Desert Holdings LLC to handle the appeal. The decision allows the court to reach the merits of the appeal, which it will decide in a later opinion.
