Court Finds Defendant in Default in Bravo Star’s Trademark Suit

“Vanderpump Rules” personality Lala Kent convinced a California district court to enter a default against a cosmetics company because it didn’t respond to her trademark infringement lawsuit.

Kent requested the default against Cosmesi LLC Wednesday and a US District Court for the Central District of California clerk entered default the same day because the company “failed to plead or otherwise defend in said action as directed,” according to the docket.
